The glow from the metal skeleton is so much more striking in person than in the photos—it really does feel like a tiny piece of folklore on my shelf. Burned evenly for a couple of hours and the lilac wax looks gorgeous as the unicorn shape melts away.
I lit it last night and the glowing metal bones slowly appeared as the wax melted—it’s like watching a tiny legend come to life. Even the lilac color feels oddly fitting for something with a unicorn heart of gold. My only regret is burning it too fast because I couldn’t stop watching.
Bought this as a centerpiece for a dinner party and everyone kept staring at the lilac wax as it melted down to reveal the golden skeleton. Burns slower than I expected, which is a nice bonus since I want to keep it going all season.
